X DESIGN srls declines every responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the web site could appear to be slightly different from the original. Images on DECOUTURE.IT belong to X DESIGN srls and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of X DESIGN srls is forbidden. It is possible that Designers make changes during the production phase and/or decide not to produce an item.

In the event there is a difference with a Pre-Order item or an item will not arrive from the Designer, X DESIGN srls will contact the Client for express approval and either proceed to shipment or cancel the order for a refund.
